We undertake all jobs for providing efficient service, repair and rewinding of AC/DC, HT/LT Motors, alternators, welding generators, etc. under one roof. We have a modern workshop equipped with:

 Computerized Balancing Machine: For balancing of all types of rotating parts.

Drying Oven: For baking insulated varnish, under all weather conditions to complete the job, in hand, on time.

Hydraulic Machine (200 Tones): For removing pulleys, bearing from machine without causing any undue deformation.

Loading & Unloading: Facilities are available for handling heavy equipment during loading and unloading, dismantling and assembling, etc.

Winding: Winding of AC/DC motors, alternators is done by latest technology and with latest machine.

Impregnation plant: Impregnation of varnish is, done by sophisticated machine to ensure that there is no scope of moisture in the winding.

TESTING INSTRUMENTS

 High Voltage Tester: For testing insulation breakdown test.

Digital Resistance Meter: A highly précised equipment for recording micro ohm value of rotor and stator, etc.

Surge Comparison Tester: For testing all parameters of winding.

Growler: For armature testing of DC motors.

Megger: High voltage Meggers for testing I.R. Value of winding.

Bearing Analyzer: For testing of bearing condition without dismantling the alternator/motor, etc.

Bearing Fitting: Bearing is fitted on shaft with imported machine.

PORTABLE TEST EQUIPMENTS

We have full range of testing meters used in the field/workshop viz.

Meggers, clamp on meter (Tong Tester), Digital Voltmeter, Vibration and Bearing, Analyzer,

Techometer (Rotation Meter), Electronic Thermometer, etc.

Repair at site: Our qualified team of engineers is competent to undertake any type of fault feasible to repair at site for quick and prompt service.
